The original 550 model was launched in 1989 and quickly became a fixture on basketball courts across the United States. It then joined the brand’s archives before being reintroduced in late 2020 in limited editions, then returned permanently to the range in 2021 to great global success. With their low-top, tapered silhouette, the 550 shoes offer a streamlined version of the models from the late 1980. Their synthetic suede upper gives them a classic look that’s still on trend.
